Thank you for purchasing from Miriam J. We understand that sometimes a change of mind occurs, and if your purchase is not what you want, you may exchange the item for another item of equal value. The return -for -exchange item must be received in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure that returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. This is an exchange only policy.

If you decide to return your merchandise for exchange, please communicate in writing within 5 days of receiving your order, as we must be contacted prior to the transaction. Fax us at (760)749-6388 or e-mail us at: sales@miriamj.com regarding exchange. Information must contain your name and address, merchandise description, the date of purchase, and the best way to contact you for confirmation and exchange procedure. Returned merchandise must arrive back at Miriam J no more than 20 days from the time you received the order.
