Credit Cards, Acceptance Process and Other Payment Methods
Credit Cards: Miriam J accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on our website. Please make sure your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) are provided. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Money Order, Checks or Cashier's Checks: Miriam J does not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks. Please Note: Only validated wholesale accounts that have been approved and provided proper documentation to our Sales Department are eligible to use Company checks. |

Defective Merchandise, Returns and Exchanges
Defective Merchandise: Miriam J will exchange any product(s) with a manufacturer defect within 5 days of the date received. Please contact sales@miriamj.com to have this arranged. Miriam J will ship out a replacement product(s) and/or refund for the cost of goods if the product(s) are no longer available. The defect must be considered by our Customer Service Dept. as a manufacturer defect before the exchange is offered. Miriam J will do the best to offer a similar piece, if the one returned is not available. Exchanges: Because of the High quality and Unique nature of Miriam J designs, we offer an exchange only policy. Miriam J wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of ship date that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please request an item exchange form at info@miriamj.com and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All item(s), MUST have its original tag and bags to exchange, or an exchange will not be extended. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned package. Please allow 7-14 days to have the exchange processed. On all exchanges: Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and /or insurable method as Miriam J is not responsible for any returned packages not received. First, please request an exchange form and email it back to us. To request an exchange form, email info@miriamj.com.
Please follow the instructions on our exchange authorization form. We have reserved your item(s) in these collections and only have a limited supply available, to ensure you receive the item(s) before they may be sold out, please exchange your item(s) quicker than 10 days.
How do I make an exchange? Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). When will my exchange be issued? Once your package has been received at Miriam J, Inc., your exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when Questions? Shipping Policy, Taxes and Other Conditions:
Shipping Policy: Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will take 1-2 business days to process, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders placed after 5pm will begin to be processed the next 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays. Orders will be shipped once processed. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Miriam J or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Standard Delivery Rates Average but are billed on each order: $ 0.00 - $75.00 $10.95 For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. Please contact us for prices and options. Taxes: Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes Other Conditions: Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cuffs Couture reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Out of Stock and Back-order Status: We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-2 business days if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Multiple Product Orders: For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
